ПРАЦЮЄМО РАЗОМ ДЛЯ ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ТА РОЗВИТКУ КРОЛЕВЕЦЬКОЇ ГРОМАДИ
У Кролевецькій громаді відбулася дводенна організаційна зустріч Робочої групи в рамках проєкту UNDP Ukraine / ПРООН в Україні Програми розвитку ООН (ПРООН) «Спроможні разом», учасницею якого наша громада є з 2024 року.
Захід модерували представники Бюро аналізу політики Віктор Бобиренко та Світлана Лазарець.
Робоча група, до складу якої входять представники виконавчого комітету міської ради, бюджетних установ, громадських організацій та активні жителі громади, підбила підсумки спільної роботи за минулий період. Учасники відзначили, що завдяки підтримці Програми розвитку ООН (ПРООН) та інших міжнародних партнерів, громаді вдалося реалізувати низку важливих ініціатив, спрямованих на зміцнення стійкості та відновлення.
Водночас головним результатом зустрічі стало не лише підбиття підсумків, а й визначення пріоритетів на майбутнє. Під час відкритого діалогу були напрацьовані ключові проблеми та потреби громади, які потребують першочергової уваги. Саме вони стануть основою для підготовки нових проєктів, пошуку партнерів і залучення міжнародної технічної допомоги.
Такі зустрічі є важливим майданчиком для спільної роботи влади, громадськості та партнерів. Адже лише об’єднавши досвід, знання та спільне бачення, можна знаходити ефективні рішення, які допоможуть Кролевеччині впевнено відновлюватися, розвиватися та ставати ще більш комфортною для життя.
Щиро дякуємо Програмі розвитку ООН (ПРООН) в Україні, експертам, партнерам та всім членам Робочої групи за конструктивну співпрацю, відкритий діалог і спільне прагнення працювати заради майбутнього Кролевецької громади.

WORKING TOGETHER FOR THE RECOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE KROLEVETS COMMUNITY
A two-day organizational meeting of the Working Group was held in the Krolevets Community as part of the UNDP Ukraine “Empowered Together” project, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Our community has been participating in this initiative since 2024.
The meeting was facilitated by representatives of the Policy Analysis Bureau, Viktor Bobyrenko and Svitlana Lazarets.
The Working Group, which brings together representatives of the Executive Committee of the City Council, municipal institutions, civil society organizations, and active community members, reviewed the results of their joint work over the past period. Participants noted that, thanks to the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and other international partners, the community has successfully implemented a number of important initiatives aimed at strengthening resilience and supporting recovery.
At the same time, the key outcome of the meeting was not only reviewing achievements but also identifying priorities for the future. Through an open and constructive dialogue, participants identified the community’s most pressing challenges and needs that require immediate attention. These priorities will serve as the foundation for developing new project proposals, building partnerships, and attracting international technical assistance.
Such meetings provide an important platform for cooperation between local authorities, civil society, and development partners. Only by combining experience, knowledge, and a shared vision can we develop effective solutions that will help the Krolevets Community recover with confidence, continue its development, and become an even better place to live.
